Privacy Policy

Last updated:2026-06-24 | Contact:support@pixffice.com
First, the key point: Your AI keys and compute never pass through us. Pixffice uses a BYO (bring-your-own subscription/key) model — your API key lives only in your browser or on your own computer, and AI content is sent directly to Anthropic / OpenAI / Google. It does not pass through our servers, and we do not store your keys.

1. Data We Collect

2. How We Use It

To provide and operate the service, manage accounts and subscriptions, prevent abuse and safeguard security, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-Party Processors

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage / IndexedDB to store your login state and preferences (not advertising tracking cookies).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Task history is retained on a rolling basis, keeping roughly the most recent 1,000 entries per account. You may at any time export your data (JSON) or permanently delete your account and all related data yourself in Settings → Account (effective immediately); you can also email support@pixffice.com and we will assist within a reasonable period.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located (including under GDPR / CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict the processing of your data; to exercise them, please contact us by email.

7. Children

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to This Policy

When this policy is updated, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page; for material changes, we will notify you within the service or by email.

This is a good-faith translation. In case of any inconsistency between language versions, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
